Fall Worship: Becoming a People of God
Starting August 16 we will be trying something new, taking a break from our weekly Zoom calls and inviting people to participate in outdoor neighborhood cluster group worship on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. from Aug. 16 through Sept. 27. The congregation has been thoughtfully divided into neighborhood cluster groups of about 12-15 people. If you would like to visit a group, or if you would like more information, please contact Anna Yoder Schlabach, our pastor of worship, using the contact form on our website.
Since not everyone is able to join an in person gathering, one cluster group is meeting online on Zoom (Meeting ID: 999-527-5153). Anyone is welcome to show up for the Zoom cluster group.
Throughout these seven weeks, our Sunday worship will focus on familiar stories of Genesis, loosely based on the Shine curriculum. Read the entire introduction to fall worship here.
You can also join us online for weekday prayers at 12 Noon on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. One of the pastors will read a psalm and lead in a brief prayer. This meeting usually lasts just 10 or 15 minutes, although anyone is welcome to stick around to chat informally for a while.
You are also welcome to join a small prayer group which gathers at 9 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Shanklin Park, for an in-person, distanced prayer service using Take our Moments and Our Days: An Anabaptist Prayer Book. For more information, sign up for the AssemblyLine or contact us using the Contact Form.
We hope you will join us in whatever way you can!
