We as a congregation want to help financially support members and children of members who opt for education in a Mennonite institution. Additionally we want to help extend this option to minority students outside of Assembly and/or contribute toward special needs in our public schools by tithing what we spend on financial aid for our students.
Assembly will provide 8% of base tuition for students attending Mennonite seminaries, colleges, and Bethany Christian High School and Bethany Middle School. College students may receive aid up to 8 semesters. Click here to request student aid from Assembly.
In 2023, Assembly will give:
- $30,790 in student aid to Mennonite colleges, universities, and seminaries
- $18,600 in student aid to Bethany Christian Schools
In 2022, Assembly gave:
- $38,630 in student aid to Mennonite colleges, universities, and seminaries
- $15,900 in student aid to Bethany Christian Schools
In 2021, Assembly gave:
- $38,120 in student aid to Mennonite colleges, universities, and seminaries
- $12,045 in student aid to Bethany Christian Schools
