Request Funds for: Education Needs for K-12 Students
Assembly Mennonite Church offers financial support for education in several ways. In May 2025, the congregation approved a revised Student Aid Policy, after more than a year of discussion and process. Please see AMC’s current Student Aid policy for full details.
Beginning with the church’s 2026 fiscal year, AMC provides an Education Needs line-item for any K-12 student in a covenanted family to request support for any educational need (e.g. tutors, instrument rentals, special class fees, tuition). This could be up to $250 per student twice a year. The spirit of this is a needs based honor system. (We are not asking people who are requesting this support for any income information).
See the full Student Aid policy for details. (Budgeted in the AMC General Fund).
Who May Apply: Any covenanted member of Assembly who is a parent/guardian of a K-12 student, or who is themselves a K-12 student.
